communities, and our way of life, Cavron Global is aware that we need to protect and secure
our employees, partners, and customers worldwide.

Cavron Global has created a risk management team to respond and handle the situation as it
develops. In this flyer, you can read about the changes we have implemented on our sites as
well as when we provide service to our customers worldwide.

We will follow updates and keep you informed about the precautions we take as this pandemic

Cavron Global Safety Guidelines & Service Routines

Safety guidelines for all Cavron Global employees and partners:

  • We take our social responsibility and follow the guidelines from local public health agencies
  • We stay at home if we feel sick and/or have any symptoms
  • We avoid big groups and keep our distance
  • We wash or sanitize our hands frequently and avoid handshakes
  • We offer web meetings when physical meetings aren’t an option
  • We abstain from international travels

Safety guidelines during service of your Cavron Global products:

  • Our technicians follow all local public health agencies guidelines as well as Cavron Global and customer guidelines
  • Our technicians will contact customers before arrival to check if there are any new guidelines for entering the facilities (i.e. avoiding certain areas)
  • Our technicians use single-use gloves during service and keep a safe distance from others at customers’ premises
  • Our technicians always use their own service vehicle and avoid public transportation
  • Tables/screens will be sanitized before and after service
  • We sanitize and/or wash our hands after every service

Important: We cannot guarantee performance without service and recommend service to be performed as planned. If you for certain circumstances can’t allow us to perform the service on your unit/s, please send us an email to your sales contact. Do not unplug the unit/s; leave it running (even if the filter is full).

Routines and procedures will be changed continuously depending on the development.
